Our Customer Care team are available Monday - Friday between 9:30am-5:30pm (excluding UK Bank Holidays)

If you would like to get in touch, please email [email protected] with you query and one of our team will get back to you. Please include and order numbers (beginning with 'DM'), relevant information & images that will help us resolve your query as soon as possible. 

We aim to respond to all queries within 48 hours during our operating hours however this may extend during busier periods.
