If you would like to get in contact with our customer care team, please email [email protected] and one of our team members will aim to get back to you within 48 hours.

Please always include your order number (beginning with 'DM') in all correspondence, and remember to include any images or relevant information to help us resolve your query as soon as possible.

Our Customer Care team is available Monday - Friday 9:30am-5:30pm (excluding Bank Holidays).
