How do pre-orders work?Updated 2 months ago
If you have ordered an item on pre-order, your item is not yet available for shipping on the date that you have made the order. The estimated delivery date will be available on the item's product page. If you have ordered other items that are not on pre order, these will be shipped when your pre order item is available to be shipped.
Unfortunately we cannot split ship or part ship items, they must be sent together.
How it works:
1. Choose the item you'd like to purchase and check the product description for it's estimated dispatch date.
2. Once you've read the information in the product descriptions, complete your purchase as normal and place your order. (Please note, payment is taken at the point of order and not dispatch.)
3. You will receive an order confirmation email shortly after.
4. Once your order is placed, sit back and wait for your order to arrive.
5. Due to the nature of pre-orders, please do not add other items to your order as we are unable to part ship and cannot guarantee that your other items will remain in stock at the time of your order being sent.
6. We will keep you updated with any relevant shipping dates with your order and you'll receive an order shipped email as soon as your order has left our warehouse.
7. If for any unfortunate reason your pre-ordered item is delayed, we will be in touch as soon as possible to let you know - we will also update the original item's product description too.
